DESCRIPTION:We’ll meet at the Upper Dublin High School parking lot between their Performing Arts Center (PAC) and Fort Washington Avenue. Scouts should wear outdoor work clothes and bring gloves if they have them. We’ll supply safety vests. SUMMARY:Backpacking on the Pinchot Trail
DESCRIPTION:We had a great weekend to go backpacking on the southern loop of the Pinchot Trail. The Philmont crew and Experienced crew hiked approximately 14 miles over the two days. The Novice crew hiked approximately 9 miles over the two days. We saw a beautiful waterfall along the way and were able to all stay in the same campsite overnight.
