ADVANCEMENT OPTIONS FOR FALL 2008

TENDERFOOT FOR FIRST YEAR SCOUTS



First year scouts will continue their series of new scout orientation classes by working on requirements for their Tenderfoot rank taught by older scouts. The instructors will be working with the younger scouts on hiking skills, camping skills, beginning first aid, knots, fire building and scout spirit. Scouts who are in the program will complete all the requirements for their Tenderfoot badge.

MERIT BADGES FOR OLDER SCOUTS

Scouts who are already Tenderfoot or higher will have the opportunity to work on a Merit Badge during the advancement portion of our meetings this quarter. Merit badges being offered are listed in the table below. You can click on the merit badge title to see the requirements for the badge:
